Corrections Policy
We distinguish source revisions, pipeline defects, geographic mapping problems, and editorial wording errors so each issue can be corrected at the appropriate layer.
What qualifies for correction
Examples include a value that does not match the active source dataset, an incorrect geographic parent, a broken comparison, wording that overstates the evidence, or a stale publication that was not clearly identified.
A later source release is normally an update rather than a correction. If a provider revises historical values, the next promoted run may change previously displayed figures.
Correction workflow
Reported issues are reproduced against the active publication, traced through source and transformation lineage, fixed in code or data contracts, tested, and released through the normal publication gates.
Material errors that could mislead a visitor about a market are prioritized. Affected pages may be removed from the sitemap or marked noindex until the correction is verified.
Submitting an issue
Include the page URL, the statement or value in question, the expected information, and a supporting public source when available. Do not submit private financial documents, identification records, or confidential property materials.
